My Story
Background
From a young age, art played a pivotal role in my life. My mother, an art teacher employed by various companies to conduct workshops on innovative art products, introduced me to the world of creativity. I spent my childhood immersed in art, assisting my mother and sister in teaching a diverse range of art forms. My early years were filled with sketching, painting, creating murals, resin art, and sculpting.
My father's ownership of a furniture factory opened another avenue for hands-on creation. He encouraged me to engage directly with each project, nurturing my ability to craft and construct from the ground up, guided only by imagination. From him I learnt industrial tools and processes.
Being able to create anything and express myself freely was one of my earliest goals in life, I have dedicated significant amount of time and effort learning necessary skills and techniques to be able to create.
It is at this moment I keep questioning to myself what it is it that I desire to create?
A Journey of Learning and Collaboration
My journey in creativity has been influenced by my peers. Although this portfolio highlights my original work, the knowledge gained from collaboration has been invaluable.
Motivations
A tinkerer from my childhood, I always liked to upgrade my surroundings, adding in my personal touches to everything.
I have a burning desire to optimize things, leading me to learning science based fitness protocols and eventually get a job as a product analyst.
Work & Education
Civil Engineering
Curiosity about how large scale structures were executed and desire to create and emulate architectural structures led me to Civil Engineering. This is where I honed my macro level problem solving skills.
Biological Science
My desire to understand how things work led to me to gaze inwards into biological systems. I felt it was essential for me to understand my own being and then the beings and systems around us. I've experimented with self healing bricks, worked on antimicrobial resistance calculating machines and I've tried to mimic biological structures in my projects. Unexpectedly my degree also led me to the science of optimizing one's self or bio hacking as some might call it, I try to apply well researched scietific principles in my daily life to enhance my overall well-being.
Product & Analyst
My passion for optimization fuels my expertise in data visualization and product thinking, which combines thorough analysis with creative design. This allows me to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, essential for understanding products and guiding decision-making through a compelling narrative that turns data into a strategic advantage. My approach is centered on revealing the unseen and simplifying the complex.
Zomato- India's Largest Food Delivery Platform
At Zomato, I define and analyze metrics for the Homepage and Search, shaping key user-facing features and algorithms that millions interact with daily. My work spans optimizing home screen elements, placements, and search performance to improve engagement and platform efficiency.
I’ve contributed to impactful projects like:
• Food Rescue: Aiming to reduce food wastage by reselling unclaimed food.
• Friends Recommendations: Introducing social features to enhance user connections and discovery on the platform.
By combining data insights with a user-centric approach, I ensure measurable improvements in search relevance, screen design, and new feature success.

I instructed over 100 college peers in self-defense techniques, emphasizing the importance of personal safety. This initiative not only empowered participants but also fostered a community spirit in the pre-COVID era.

As a proactive member, I organized and executed all events and festivals, significantly raising the profile of the Biological Sciences department. These events served as a platform to showcase the department's innovation and academic excellence.

Devil’s Circuit College Frenzy
Participated as a representative of BITS Hyderabad in the prestigious Devil’s Circuit College Frenzy, successfully placing our team among the elite competitive institutions in India. My active engagement in this demanding obstacle course event highlights a robust dedication to representing my college and exemplifies a spirit of active participation and resilience. As the leader of our contingent, I navigated through an American Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course, demonstrating strategic leadership and physical prowess.
Engineering Graphics
Teacher's Assistant
Before taking on the role of Teacher's Assistant (TA), I established myself as a top performer in engineering graphics. This accomplishment paved the way for my subsequent role as a TA, where I had the opportunity to assist and guide my peers and junior students in mastering the intricacies of this course, which centers around Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) and the development of 3D spatial awareness. This became the beginning of my 3D fabrication journey.
In 2024 I won the top 10 position in CircuitDigest's Edge AI & IOT Challenge held for ASEAN countries. With 30 days to build something unique I participated alone in a group competition, I was able to win the challenge while also attending my regular job as a product analyst. My entry Voice Controlled Smart Home Assistant also got special praise for my video.
